Mummies are undead enemies that appear within the Eye's Chamber of Volenfell when the Guardian's Eye disappears after Tharayya tries to take it. Along with Skeletons, they will suddenly appear in large packs to overwhelm your group and more will keep coming, even after they are killed, so it is best to escape through the tunnel. Mummies only appear during the related quest.
