Jorunn the Skald-King (Base Game)
Jorunn the Skald-King is a Nord and the High King of Skyrim and leader of the Ebonheart Pact. He presides over the Great Moot in the Pact's capital of Mournhold. He may be found in Windhelm, in the Skald-King's Temporary Court (located southwest of The Adept's Retreat). King Jorunn is the twin brother of Fildgor Orcthane and younger sibling to the late Queen Nurnhilde. He is also Prince Irnskar's father.
