Ard Caddach, also known as the Despot of Markarth, is the Reachman ard or king of Markarth and a cousin to the late Emperor Leovic. He is mostly known for his short temper and ruthlessness towards his enemies but he is also a canny leader who applies both caution and brutality in equal measure. Caddach's ultimate goal is to unite the Reachmen clans and become the sole king of the Reach.
