Saint Veloth

Saint Veloth is a Chimer saint who is still venerated by the Dunmer as the prophet who led their ancestors from the Summerset Isles to Morrowind. His spirit watches over the Shrine of Saint Veloth in Deshaan and will request your help to restore his reliquary after Magistrix Vox breaks it.
