Plague Concocter Mortieu is a Breton alchemist obsessed with creating and spreading diseases. He was the initial leader of the Scalecaller Cult before relinquishing that position to Zaan the Scalecaller, an ancient dragon priest whom the cult awakened on the orders of the Daedric Prince Peryite. Mortieu serves as the fourth boss of the Scalecaller Peak group dungeon.
