Varen Aquilarios
Varen Aquilarios is the former Emperor of Cyrodiil and a central figure in the main questline. Many years ago he was captured, alongside his steadfast ally Lyris Titanborn, and condemned to Coldharbour for becoming entangled in the schemes of Molag Bal and Mannimarco.
