Captain Irinwe is a Maormer and the captain of the Serpent's Kiss ship that is docked in Mistral. She is also secretly a member of the Sea Vipers, a Maormer pirate crew, and has been working with Ulondil and the Maormer embassy in Khenarthi's Roost to prepare an attack on the island.
