High King Emeric is the King of Wayrest and leader of the Daggerfall Covenant. He was invited to participate in a peace conference to end the Three Banners War held on High Isle by Lord Bacaro Volorus, but his ship was wrecked by a storm, and Emeric washed ashore on Amenos.
