Courier Finnoa is a Bosmer courier who has delivered several crates of wine to Castle Navire. Unknowingly to her, it was the knights of the Ascendant Order who hired her to make the delivery in order to incriminate Duchess Elea Dufort in the poisoning of Lady Arabelle Davaux.
