Matriarch Lladi Telvanni was a high-ranking member of House Telvanni who in the distant past led a group of her fellow Telvanni Dunmer to found the town of Bal Sunnar in Stonefalls. While her people believed they were merely settling in a remote location to avoid political struggles of Morrowind, the Matriarch was secretly after a mysterious artifact she knew was hidden in the area.
