King Nantharion is the leader of the new Bosmer settlements of Vashabar and Hoperoot in West Weald. Originally a noble from Silvenar, he disapproved of the Aldmeri Dominion fighting in the Three Banners War and decided to found an independent kingdom in West Weald after the Valenwood forest extended there.
