Lady Thorn is an Altmer Vampire Lord and the final boss of the Castle Thorn group dungeon. Her real name is Lady Ingerien Direnni and she was turned into a Vampire Lord by Rada al-Saran as a reward for sheltering him after the defeat of the Gray Host at the Bangkorai Garrison in the mid-First Era.
