Wispmother (Light)

Wispmothers are ghostlike creatures that look like human or elven women in ragged clothes. They have an affinity for frost magic and can command Wisps. There are conflicting theories on their nature but the prevalent opinion seems to be that they are not undead, but elemental beings similar to Spriggans and Ice Wraiths.
