Anducar (Human)

Anducar is a mysterious magician who cruelly and tyrannically rules most of Menelgond. Some believe he is a human but he is also known to take a demon form, which, according to other sources, is closer to his true self. Either way, Anducar can wield deadly spells, command demons and seemingly even control the minds of entire groups of people.
