Karissall, the Medusian Guard

Karissall, the Medusian Guard is a giant creature with the upper body of a woman and the tail of a snake as well as with living snakes in place of hair. She can be found in the deepest dungeons of the dark elven fortress of Zhurag-Nar where she guards the way to the Element of the Earth.
