Tumma-Maxath is an Argonian necromancer who made his lair in the Bloodrun Cave in Blackwood. He hired Darene Gavendier and Giovanni Corvus to steal the Shade Sickle from the Shrine of Nocturnal and tried to bring the full power of the relic with a necromantic ritual that also involved the use of the remains of three powerful Shadowscales.
