Mannimarco (Base Game)
Mannimarco, also known as the King of Worms, is a powerful Altmer necromancer and the leader of the Worm Cult. He conspired with Molag Bal and Abnur Tharn to trick Emperor Varen Aquilarios into performing the ritual that started the Planemeld. Their scheme succeeded, and after the Soulburst and disappearance of Varen, Mannimarco became the de facto ruler of the Empire.
