Elegian is a blind Imperial Moth Priest imprisoned in the Blood Pit in the Deadlands. During the reign of the Emperor Moricar, he was abducted by servants of Mehrunes Dagon, driven to madness with torment and illusions and made to design artifacts and devices for them such as the cataclyst device.
