Cyclone Incarnate is a Daedra transformed into a living embodiment of cyclone as a natural disaster by the Order of the Waking Flame with the use of a cataclyst device. This Incarnate is found in the Burning Gyre Keep where Sister Celdina took it to demonstrate its power to Valkynaz Nokvroz.
