Gold Road Chapter Future Crown Store Items

ESO Gold Road Chapter Datamine

The new ESO Gold Road Chapter and Update 42 are now out on the Public Test Server. Besides the West Weald zone and the Scribing system, this update adds a lot of future Crown Store items to the game files, and in this post we will take a look at their promotional renders.

This datamine includes the contents of the Diamond Anniversary Crown Crates, which are expected to be available from June to September 2024. The Radiant Apex mounts for these Crates will probably be the Pyrodraconic Camel-Lizard, Shackled Titan and Worm Cultist Senche-raht.

There are also glimpses at three more Crown Crate seasons that will follow the Diamond Anniversary Crates in the future: Dark Brotherhood, Mirrormoor and Carnivale.

The most notable non-Crate mount in this update is arguably the Seaghost Pillion Moose while the new non-combat pets include the Coldharbour Ocular Observer, Thorn Gecko and even Meownimarco!

Other interesting additions are the Sotha Sil Novelty Mask hat, the Titanborn's Tresses hairstyle and Eri the Barking Banker, a dog banking assistant.

There are also three new costumes themed after High King Emeric, Queen Ayrenn and Prince Irnskar.

Of course, we are also getting many other usual Crown Store items such as adornments, customized actions, emotes, furnishings and house guests (including Fennorian). The new houses this time are the Merryvine Estate, Rosewine Retreat and Zhan Khaj Crest.

The outfit style additions are the Companion Revelry style from the Crates and three arms packs: Ayleid Lich, Gold Road Dragoon and The Blind. The latter is themed after the final boss of the Bedlam Veil dungeon.

Finally, there are two new skins (Boralis Wolf Pelt, Skin of the Anchorite) and two new polymorphs: the Molag Bal Illusion and Vampiric Soulrazer Knight. At least one and possibly two of those will likely be obtainable from the Crates.

This concludes the Update 42 and Gold Road Chapter datamine, but consider checking out the previous datamine from the Scions of Ithelia DLC as not all the items datamined back then have been released yet.

Keep in mind that these pictures were found in the game files and the items pictured are not officially confirmed. As such, they might change significantly on release or might never be released at all.
